AML verification: All incoming transactions are automatically analysed for compliance with AML regulator standards.
Exchange rate fixing: The exchange rate is fixed after receiving 32 network confirmations.The operation is performed in a semi-automatic mode. It requires the participation of an operator (see operator status).
Orders created after 23:00 will be processed in the morning, due to the schedule of banking institutions.
The rate will be finally fixed after receiving 20 confirmations of transactions 0.
Fixation is performed depending on the deviation of the exchange rate within the current order to the Exchange as a percentage. Deviations from the current exchange rate within the framework of the course parser within 1-2 minutes are acceptable.
As a rule, payment is made via Iban, please take this into account when creating an application.
Time of crediting: Typically, 97% of payments are processed within 90 minutes, but sometimes orders can take up to 180 minutes to process. Sometimes the withdrawal of one order occurs in several transactions.
