Unlike many other services, 2rbina.net does not require you to go through a complicated KYC procedure if your funds are blocked due to an AML check.
If a transaction is deemed high risk, the funds are simply returned to the customer. Only the blockchain network commission required to send the transfer is retained upon return. We do not charge any hidden penalties or additional fees for cancellation. - Transaction monitoring and analysis
All incoming and outgoing transfers undergo mandatory AML checks using an automated risk assessment service (AmlBot).
Algorithms analyse each transfer for links to high-risk categories (DarkNet, Stolen Funds, Mixers and other markers).
Important: If the aggregate risk level of a transaction according to the AML provider exceeds 50%, the transaction is temporarily suspended for detailed analysis. -
High-risk indicators
During checks, particular attention is paid to funds and counterparties associated with the following categories:Financing of terrorism and extremism;
Fraudulent schemes (scams, fraud);
Transactions via mixers, anonymisers and Darknet platforms;
Transfers from high-risk jurisdictions;
Platforms that violate sanctions restrictions.
The use of the 2rbina.net service is governed by international law, including EU economic sanctions. The platform conducts mandatory AML/CTF monitoring of all transactions to identify suspicious activity.
