Refusal of exchange after payment of the request
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an exchange request once the payment for the order has already been completed.
In certain cases (depending on the specific exchange direction), a reverse operation may be available. However, in such situations, the client is required to cover all commission fees associated with the refund.
