Requests created after the operator’s working hours will be processed in the morning.
The rate will be finally fixed after receiving 20.
Fixation is performed depending on the deviation of the exchange rate within the current order to the Exchange as a percentage. Deviations from the current exchange rate within the framework of the course parser within 1-2 minutes are acceptable.
Enrollment time: Usually, 97% of withdrawal payments are processed instantly, but sometimes orders can be processed up to 30-60 minutes. In rare cases, the transfer may take up to 72 hours due to the speed at which the payment is credited by the receiving bank. Sometimes the withdrawal of one order occurs in several transactions.
We do not make transfers to the following countries: Serbia, Moldova, Montenegro, USA, UAE, RB and RF.
Transfers to Credo bank are also not made.
When sending funds to banks in Kazakhstan – the rate must be agreed with the operator in the chat in advance, if the order is submitted without prior approval, the exchange office reserves the right to automatically recalculate the rate and the final amount to be received.
