Rules for crediting cryptocurrency deposits
When sending Crypto Coins, you need to pay attention to such details:
- Network - Please note that sending transactions to the wrong network, using a smart contract or a cross-chain transfer, can result in the loss of your funds. Sending any other coin or token to this address that the systеm gave you automatically may result in the loss of your deposit.
- Network Confirmations - A factor that affects the exchange rate. The number of network confirmations, on reaching which your coins are credited to our purse, sets the Exchange, we can not change their number! Thus, the systеm prevents the reuse of the same units of coins. Confirmation speed depends on a number of known factors: traffic, the size of the commission for the transfer, the speed of Internet connection, the technical serviceability of the resource where your purse is, etc.
- Minimum deposit - Minimal amount of coins, which Exchange can accept. If you send less amount, the Exchange will not technically be able to transfer your coins to us and they will be lost. All referrals on our site are created with the minimum deposit amount in mind, please send the exact amount on your application!
