The rate will be finally fixed after receiving 1 confirmations of transactions by Ripple-network by our service.
Fixation is performed depending on the deviation of the exchange rate within the current order to the Exchange as a percentage. Deviations from the current exchange rate within the framework of the course parser within 1-2 minutes are acceptable.
Usually payments are credited to your balance instantly, but sometimes crediting can be within 1-2 business days. Some transfers can be sent using SWIFT, which take up to 5 days to be credited, in some cases a little more time.
At the same time, transfers to foreign banks may take longer if the transaction is carried out during non-working hours for the correspondent bank. The transfer will be made on the next business day for the correspondent bank.
There may be situations where the beneficiary’s bank will reject a transfer from a third party due to internal regulations/rules. In this case, our service does not compensate for the commission fees that were deducted by the banking institution from the amount returned.
